Job Description
You will be part of the Glassical Sales Team, working directly with customers to bring their award visions to life. Our environment is fast-paced, ever-changing, and flexible. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits, and no prior experience is required—training is provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner closely with a dedicated sales representative to coordinate quotes and manage orders
- Send daily reports and actionable items to your sales representative
- Serve as a point of contact across departments
- Develop sales and pipeline reports for management
- Process orders through accounting software
- Research and price product options from vendors
- Review proposals to ensure correct vendors and pricing
- Communicate with customers to finalize orders and answer questions
- Coordinate with vendors on stock, pricing, and turnaround times
